We'll talk about your options, the risks involved, costs, and any issues that might be in the way of you getting acquitted. At the end of our conversation you'll have a better idea of what the outcome is likely to be, and what you can do to make things work as smoothly as possible.
What is the fee structure?
Every case presents unique issues and facts. Although many cases share similarities, no two are alike. We structure our fees to meet the requirements of the case and offer a choice of two billing models—hourly or block fee. Not everyone can afford to hire a lawyer; talk to me if you have a Legal Aid Certificate.
